Requests and Messages

When you review your account information through My Library Account, you can view or cancel user requests and library messages. The following types of requests may display.

• Questions or comments
• Suggestions
• ILL requests
• Purchase requests
• Library search service requests
• Reserves requests (if available)

Information about each request includes brief information about the original request and the date a response was sent from the library regarding the request, if any. Click on a request to see complete information about each request.

Cancel Library Messages and Requests

You can cancel library messages and requests from My Library Account.

1. Click Review My Library Account.
2. Log in, if required.
3. Select a check box by a request or mark Select All.
4. Click Cancel Selected.

If you haven't already logged in, you may be prompted to log in to the library when you attempt to change information in My Library Account. This login is only valid for the current transaction.
