The Online Writing Lab (OWL) at Purdue University houses writing resources and instructional material, and they extend these free services to other educational institutions and members of the community to assist with many writing projects. Teachers and trainers are invited to use this material for in-class and out-of-class instruction. CLIP Tutorials assists students with evaluating Internet sources, developing a topic, why library databases are needed, search strategies, popular vs. scholarly sources, primary and secondary sources, and citation assistance.
